Solo is for one person: one company, one branch, one staff member, unlimited bookings. From Start there is no limit on people or companies, and you pay per branch: Start and Profi at the plan price, Enterprise by agreement. Underlined rows link to the details below.

How the payment fee works

You pay a percentage only on card payments that go through Instant. Nothing else.

You would pay the gateway fee with any payment provider.

Cash and pay-on-site are free of charge. Always.
Bookings entered by you or your team carry no fee.
A deposit taken at booking uses the same rate - we process deposits from 1 €.
Cancelling before payment costs nothing.
One SMS of up to 160 characters costs 0.07 €. For longer text, the editor shows how many messages it will be split into. E-mail and push notifications are free.
No commitment: cancel monthly plans anytime, yearly billing runs out its paid period.
If prices change, yearly billing keeps the original price until the end of the paid period.
Downgrading deletes nothing and sold vouchers stay valid.

Referrals

Recommend Instant to a colleague. Pay less.

No network, no levels. A colleague starts using Instant, you pay less - whether you are on Solo or Enterprise.

You have your own referral link in the app.
A colleague signs up through it - it must be a business that has never had an account with us.
Once they genuinely start using Instant on a paid plan, the referral counts.
Your next invoice drops by 20 % (Start), 25 % (Profi) or 33,3 % (Enterprise). The percentage follows your plan and is calculated from the cheaper of your two plans.
The discount repeats every month while you both use Instant. If your colleague stops, the discount stops from the next month - nothing is ever clawed back.

Example: you are on Profi at 45 € and referred two salons that also use Profi.

On the Solo plan there is no invoice to discount - so each referral earns you a month of Start for free instead.
