Booking rules
You decide how booking works. Once for the company, differently per location.
Gaps under control
Set the longest wait you will accept before the next booking that day. While the day is empty customers see every free slot; after the first booking we only offer slots around it, so the day does not break up into dead gaps. You can still book any time.
How far ahead
Customers book online only a set number of months ahead. It does not stop your staff writing in a date a year out.
Cancellation window
Customers cancel themselves, but only up to a set number of hours before the start. After that it is your call.
Approve bookings first
If you want the final say, every new booking waits for your confirmation.
Waitlist for full slots
Customers sign up for a taken slot too. When it frees up, every waiting customer is offered it at once and the first to confirm gets the spot.
Verification by code
Bookings are confirmed with a one-time code by email, SMS or both. It can also be switched off.
Pay upfront
Turn on card payment at booking and a paid slot confirms itself.
Company defaults, per-location exceptions
Set the rules once for the company. A location that works differently overrides them and can go back to the company defaults any time.
A deposit instead of the full price
Set a fixed deposit. The customer pays it online and settles the rest on site - or chooses to pay the whole amount right away.
